@3kw solar plant setup for my residential use with ongrid | netmeter and its month wise performance
3kw solar plant setup for my residential use with ongrid | netmeter and its month wise performance , 3kw solar plant setup for my residential use with netmeter Recently we have setup 3kw solar plant setup for residential use from one of the local vendor. The total number of panels are 10 each with 300 W panel. The plant setup with elevated so that we can reuse the space in the below panel space. There are 6 pillars 3 with 10 feet height and another 3 with 9 feet height. Hope to save electricity bill every month. Will update the savings of electricity after 6 months with each month electricity generated. Also yet to get subsidy information. Will update soon. Keep watching for the update. Important point: Solar units generated are first used by home usage appliances(based on usage in the house) and remaining units only will be exported to the grid. If there are no usage in the house, then all units will be exported to the grid. The units consumed in the house from solar are not recorded in the netmeter. If there are power cuts in your area between sun rise and sun set period, then you need to consider going for off-grid mode as no power will be recorded during this period. Performance from 9th September till 30th September: 176 kWh, climate is cloudy and rains, with Peak per day is 13.9 kWh and lowest is 6.4 kWh. Yet to see full sunny day benefits. October 2019: 300.9 kWh, climate is cloudy and rains with peak 13.5 kWh and lowest is 7.4 kWh November 2019: 298.4 kWh winter season, climate is cloudy December 2019: 235.2 kWh peak winter, so foggy, partial cloudy - low performance month Jan-2020: 261.3 kWh winter continues, foggy, partial cloudy Feb-2020: 311.3 kWh summer started ,second highest since installation, March, April and May are peak summer times, so expecting 350 kWh to 400 kWh each month Mar-2020: 374.2 kWh mid of summer , highest since installation, with peak per day is 14.2 kWh Apr-2020: 357.7 kWh May-2020: 361.8 kWh, May is peak in summer, but did not beat March-2020 high due to power fluctuations and some times clouds. June-2020:313.7 kWh - Rainy season started July-2020: 288 kWh - mid of rainy season Aug-2020: 244 kWh - mid of rainy season, will give one more month which covers one full year Sept-2020:262.8: rainy season, cloudy and rains often. Above list gives average monthly generation of Electricity from Oct-19 to Sept-2020 for 3kW panel. Except summer times(India-Hyderabad), paid minimum charges. I have saved ~75% of electricity bill charges. But compared to investment to interest - it needs to be verified over a period of time. Overall power cuts, clouds have impacted the solar Energy generation.   Keep watching for monthly performance units generated, will keep updating the benefits. Use renewal energy and save environment and save Earth. Thanks. Used Opensource Openshot video editor.
