This popular street food recipe is easy to make and taste just awesome. This is a real quick recipe and has lot many veggies. Kids will love it. Ingredients: • 3 cup Water • Salt to taste • Noodles • Ice cold Water • Oil • 2~3 tsp Oil • 7~8 chopped Garlic cloves • Chopped Ginger • Slit Green chilies • 1 medium size sliced Onion • Sliced Carrot • Sliced Capsicum • Finely sliced Cabbage • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce • 1 tsp Chili sauce • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder • 1/2 tsp Vinegar • Chopped Spring onion Method: • Heat up water in a pan and add salt. • When water begins to boil add noodles and boil for just about 2 minutes. • Avoid overcooking the noodles. • Strain the noodles into a sieve and add ice cold water on it to stop the cooking process. • Spread a little oil on the noodles so that those won’t be sticky. • Heat up oil really good until smoky hot in a pan on high heat. • Coat the pan with oil and add garlic. • Fry for just about 30 seconds on high heat. • Add ginger, green chili and fry for just 30 seconds. • Add onion and fry for about 30 seconds. • Add carrot and fry for about 30 seconds. • Add capsicum and fry for 30 seconds. • Add cabbage and mix well. • Add boiled noodles, soya sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder, vinegar and mix well. • Add spring onion and mix well. • Veg chowmein is all ready. • Garnish with spring onion.
