You don’t need oven to bake the bread as we are making it on the skillet. It looks nice and it gets nice color. t turns out nice soft and spongy. It gets perfect texture that bakery bought bread has!! This is a very easy and simple recipe. It is a real quick recipe too. We also don’t need baking powder or baking soda!! You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. DO not forget to like, share and subscribe. Ingredients: • 2 cups Maida • Salt to taste • 1 tsp powdered Sugar • 1 tsp Eno fruit salt • 1/2 cup Curd • 1 tsp Oil • 3/4 cup Milk • Butter Method: • Sieve maida in a dish and add salt, powdered sugar, Eno fruit salt. • Mix everything well together and add curd. • Mix well and add oil. • Add a little milk at a time and knead soft dough. • Add a little oil and knead again. • Grease the base of a pan with butter and spread the dough evenly in the pan. • Do not use lot of butter or the bread will be soggy. • Cover the pan and bake the bread on lowest possible heat. • Bake one side for about 15-20 minutes. • If you are baking it on gas then place a jali on the gas and the bread pan on it for baking. • After about 20 minutes of baking remove the lid and flip the pan over into a dish. • Again grease the pan with a little butter and transfer the bread into it. • Unbaked side should face the pan. • Cover the pan and bake the bread for about 15 minutes. • When the bread is baked from both sides, transfer the bread on a cooking rack. • Spread a little butter on upper side and cover the bread with a napkin. • After about 15 minutes remove the napkin and take the bread out. • Bread is all ready.
