Mercury tests done during the production of the documentary 'Shark Girl' on 14 different samples of shark meat, half from Woolworth, revealed that Woolowrths had the highest levels of mercury, an amazing 60% over the legal limit here in Australia. Wooloworth stopped selling shark from the fishery I presented to them, but continue with the overall sale of shark from other fisheries.
