study along with me as online lectures and supervisions begin! university of cambridge? never heard of her. microsoft teamz is where it's at x a footnote (some motivation if you're struggling): on both of these days I woke up much later than I'd hoped to, I took my time in the morning and I ended up starting work relatively late. normally, I won't lie, I wouldn't film on days like these, but I thought that now more than ever it's important to talk about this. I want this video to serve as a reminder that you can definitely still salvage the rest of your day even if it's not looking too promising from the get-go. this used to be (and still is sometimes) a huge problem for me as I would wake up late and say "oh well, my day's gone down the drain, better luck tomorrow I may as well just sit here and do nothing today". I just want to say - no. NO. You can still get so much done during the day and be productive (whatever productivity may look like for you!) even if you don't start super early in the morning. so don't worry if you're not getting up as early as you want to or not getting round to starting work first thing. don't beat yourself up about it - it's alright! be kind to yourself. and on a side note, it is completely ok to do absolutely nothing all day!!
