Ingredients All purpose flour - 1 and 1/3 cup (163g) Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder - 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Eggs - 2 Sugar - 100 g (1/3 cup) Vanilla - 1 teaspoon Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Melted unsalted butter - 1/2 cup (113g) Buttermilk - 1/2 cup (120ml) Blueberries- 100 g Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon Bake at preheated oven at 220•c for 7 min and reduce the temperature to 180•c and bake for 10 to 12 min This recipe make 12 to 14 muffins.
