On 7/25/2020 I went to Greenville, ME in hopes of catching CP train 251-25. Even though the power was a bust, I figured I could still make a short trip out of the day. Which would also be a bust, as CP had instituted speed restrictions most of the way due to tie work that was being done by NBM Railways, as well as rail near Long Pond was undergoing a destressing phase after being turned into CWR by Holland LP from stick rail. And the several drops the train had to make also complicated things.
