@[HD] Rare! 8 unit POWA w/CIT leasers 5/4/19

With NS implementing PSR, the CBFX and CITX lease units have been returned. CIT which owns the two companies decided to store 10 SD60's on CMQ in Maine. Most are SD60M's in BN or BNSF paint, and there are 2 SD60's as well. POWA had 4 units which were dead in tow, with a trio of Pan Am SD40-2 variants, and a GP40-2LW.
