"AL, OH MY GOD!" Kristina screamed after Allie told her what had happened between her and Nat on the beach. "Kristina, shut up!" Allie's mom yelled from the next room. "Sorry Momma D!" Kristina yelled back. Then, she tackled Allie in a hug. "Girl, you have no idea how excited I am for you guys." "Haha I'm excited too." Allie smiled. "I don't know, there's just something about him that makes him so... special." "It's cause he's the first guy you ever loved." Kristina said. "You know I love Nat and all but if he breaks your heart, you don't even wanna know what will happen to him." "I don't think we're gonna have to worry about that." Allie said. "Kristina, he told me I was the one." "Awhhhhhh!" Kristina said. "I'm so god damn happy for you hun." "I know you are." Allie laughed at her best friend's excitement. She felt her phone vibrate inside Nat's hoodie. She pulled it out and she smiled when Nat's picture showed up on the screen. She flashed the screen towards Kristina and motioned for her to be quiet. "Hey Nat." "Hey Al, I know it seems desperate to call you so soon but I miss you." Nat said on the other line. "I miss you too Nat. And it's not desperate, it's cute." "Okay good, so I'm guessing you told Kristina?" Nat asked. By now, Allie had put it on speaker phone for Kristina to hear. "Yes she did Natty boy! And you my friend are getting a big hug tomorrow. Not just one of those bear hugs, no. One with a running and jumping involved!" Kristina told him. Allie grabbed the phone and quickly switched off the speaker phone. "Haha yeah, I told her. I apologize in advance for her behavior tomorrow. We still allowed to come to the recording studio tomorrow?" Allie asked, shooing Kristina away. "Of course, Alex is really excited. We're recording one of his songs first. He can't wait for you two to hear it." Nat said. "Awh good, I'm excited too." Allie said. "But I'm gonna go now babe, I'll see you tomorrow." "Alright, me too." Nat said. "I...I love you." "I love you too Nat." Allie smiled. She hung up the phone and couldn't stop smiling. She was finally happy.
