Our last day at Nana's Cabin. Jason's Grandpa built this cabin with his own hands. My father in law and his siblings grew up here and we always thought that it would stay in the family as we grow old. So many great memories were made here: It was the home Jason and I got ready in before we celebrated our engagement and pregnancy at Shadowbrook. It was where my kids learned how to bird watch with binoculars. Nate and King loved going around the house looking for banana slugs. And as you saw, they learned how to jump off swings on the swing set that their Great Grandpa Eugene built. The swing set that their Grandpa and his brothers and sister learned how to jump off of. We would just sit outside with Nana and we'd talk and talk and talk. We're truly going to miss you Nana and The Ward Cabin. xoxoxo
