Quick Lunch - Salmon, Kale, Spinach and Peas Lunch, onion, garlic, sweet peppers. I made this quick lunch for our family. Ingredients: Onion, Kale, Spinach, Peas, garlic, sweet peppers, Salmon and spices. 1. Saute onion and sweet peppers in olive oil 2. Add spices (salt, pepper, knorr chicken bullion, all purpose spice, pinch of salt 3. Chop kale and spinach and add it to sauteed veges 4. Cover and simmer until spinach and kale have wilted while stirring occasionally. 5. Add peas, heat until peas are warm. The above recipe can be enjoyed as a vegetarian dish. Spice salmon. Add coconut oil/olive oil Fry salmon 3 minutes on each side Enjoy This is an easy recipe that can be enjoyed as a quick lunch recipe or dinner recipe. those who are banting or want low carb or keto recipe can also enjoy it.. It is very tasty and can be enjoyed by families, kids and adults.
