IAS Officer Pradeep Kasni Faces 71 Transfers, Retires Without 6 Months' Pay Shocking Story of a Sincere IAS Officer..! After a career spanning 34 years and 71 transfers, IAS officer Pradeep Kasni, known for his honesty, retires Recently. Kasni said that he did not receive his salary for the last six months. During his last transfer, he was posted as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Haryana Land Use Board. But he realised that something was off as there were no documents, files or staff for the Board. In an RTI reply, it was revealed that the board was defunct for a long time.
