Manc Pete's video: Doctor Who: The Feast of the Stone by Cavan Scott and Mark Wright

In 2003, the BBC commissioned a series of web exclusive animated adventures for Doctor Who. After much wrangling "Scream of the Shalka" was produced for the BBC website in collaboration with Cosgrove Hall Studios, (the geniuses behind Danger Mouse and Count Duckula), starring Richard E. Grant as The Doctor, and (rather preciently) Sir Derek Jacobi as The Master. Shortly before the series was launched, the BBC announced that Doctor Who was returning to TV with a different actor playing the Doctor (Christopher Ecclestone), this led to further plans for the online animated adventures to be scrapped. This short story however, was released on the website for free.
