New generation of cutting islands The new CZ/M-L-XL serie represents the evolution of the original concept that proved to be such a winner, borned in 2002 with the Comelz CM44, characterized by conveyor belt and two tool heads. This is the second generation of high production cutting island, with a tilted work area that is highly ergonomic and integrated with an extended cutting area, but always directly under the control of the operator. In these new plants, a longer work surface means that the leather can be stretched out in all its width and length on a sufficiently wide work surface. That is why, depending on the leathers to be treated, it is possible the right sized plant: M, L, or XL, with width of conveyor belt respectively 1.6, 2.0, and 2.4 m. Also available for this new group are a series of brand new accessories, including a system of anti-reflection LED lamps, an advanced micro-sectorized vacuum system, a laser projector for piece removal for the rear work station that facilitates the collection and verification of the cut pieces in a well-lit environmentand and more.
