Oggi un dolce perfetto a colazione 🥰 la TORTA CON FRUTTI DI BOSCO E CONFETTURA super soffice, morbida e tanto tanto buona 😋 🔸Ingredienti: 2 uova, 110 g di zucchero, 50 ml olio di semi, un vasetto di yogurt bianco o ai frutti di bosco, 180 g farina, mezza bustina di lievito per dolci, 300 g frutti di bosco misti, 200 g confettura ai frutti di bosco, zucchero a velo q.b. 🔸Teglia rettangolare 21 x 28 cm o rotonda di 22 cm diametro 🔸Cottura in forno caldo statico a 180 gradi per 35-40 minuti
