This is a collaboration with Iryna, the marvelous PocketPianist. You'll witness Pierots Lied from „Die tote Stadt” by Erich Wolfgang Korngold, in a interpretation over time and place. The pianist Iryna Krasnovska (Basel - Switzerland), recorded in 2017 only the piano part, as a help for all the baritones out there. With her approval, I recorded two years later in Austria, the voice part, using her material as base.This is the result. Also, today was Korngolds birthday. 29 May. Great music!
