Hello everybody!! It has been a while since we caught up together. My bad! Catch up on my vlog where I went to the Beirut Yoga Festival - "Khod Nafas" - that was held in the Hippodrome du Parc de Beyrouth on September 16th. It was a lovely experience and I got to catch up with some friends and meet interesting people. There are some foodie experiences between The Good Thymes and The Flavour Thief, among the many explorations of the day :) And I also enjoyed a dinner at Chopsticks restaurant in the evening as a closing for the day. The Yoga day was quite a new experience for me and I recommend it for all the yoga fans. It was surely nice to disconnect and reconnect with myself.
