For me every end of the day is like the end of a Yuga… The asana's name derives from the yogic sleep mentioned in the Hindu epic Mahabharata: “The Ocean of Bliss becomes the bed of the lotus-naveled Vishnu when at the termination of every Yuga this deity of immeasurable power enjoys Yoga Nidra, the deep sleep under the spell of spiritual meditation” Tip for my yogi friends: Train yourselves to hold asanas for very long periods of time. Add Pranayama and Japa, which leads to easily entering Pratyahara and Dharana. Pranayama and Japa drops naturally after awhile and Asana turns into full body bliss. After this Dhyana (meditation) is the natural effortless next step. And if you persist, you will effortlessly dive into the Ocean of SAMADHI Bliss. No body, no mind. Eight hours later, good morning, you are ready to start a new day, a new life, a new Yuga 🙏 Try it!
