5 Days without eating. I read a bunch of studies online confirming that intermittent water fasting is healthy with all kinds of pros and cons. I also learned that my hero Tim Ferriss also does the 5 day water fast 3 times a year along with another nutritionist that I listen to. Here are my results from not eating for 5 days. So here is me without food for 120 hours (5 days)
