Make sure to focus on building a slight sweat before you stretch and begin the session. Training: Set up by laying six cones in a straight line with the cones about a yard apart from each other. Complete each activity by dribbling though the cones down and back three times. So, dribbling to end of the cones and back counts as one rep. After completing three reps quickly stop the ball and change direction while completing a 30 yard sprint. This is going to lead to you improving your fitness. It will also help you improve your speed when quickly changing directions. Finish the session by juggling in a confined area. Try to keep the ball below your knees in order to work on your touch.
