This video shows how to use a stencil and foam letters to spray paint a t-shirt. It's a $2 t-shirt that's 100% cotton. The spray paint is regular paint you buy at the hardware store. The paint lasts quite well, but will fade over time. I transferred my image onto a sheet of stencil plastic (sold at craft stores) and cut it out with an exacto knife. The letters are foam with sticky backs which can be found at the craft store as can the adhesive spray.
