Make sure your goal is: · Clearly defined · Measureable – in other words, a specific, concrete goal you’re able to break into steps to measure you progress · Realistic – we’ll include a timeline for your goal in STEP FOUR · Doable -- rather than give yourself the entire year to complete, choose a goal you’re able to accomplish in the next few months.
