Sim Lim Square is a must-see for all gadget enthusiasts. There are six levels of electronic and photography gadget heaven. Set aside a full day to visit all of the stores. The Sim Lim centre opens at 10:00 a.m., and by 11:00 a.m., the majority of the shops are open. Bugis Market is only a short distance away. The area is well served by Singapore's MRT. The Downtown Line (blue) stops at Rochor or Bugis, and the East West Line (green) stops at Bugis. The Parc Sovereign Hotel is only a 2-minute walk away.
