Mary R's video: SELLING OUR SON S MOBILE HOME

I posted an earlier video of a mobile home we purchased for our son to use while he was at college. (I'll link it) https://youtu.be/TkQ4pNL1ut0 well he just graduated and now it's time to sell it. We actually went down for a week to paint it and lay new floor etc. and I was able to show it on Saturday. We had an offer $1,000 over our asking price. So the trailer is officially sold! I have no doubt that we could have gotten more money for it but it will be good to have it out of our possession since it's a 3-hour drive. I wanted to show you what was done from the time that we purchased it to the time we sold it. We really didn't do much to it because he was only there for less than 2 years and we didn't want to invest too much money into it. We had originally planned on replacing all the carpets but due to our time frame of being there it just did not allow. The people that came through didn't even seem fazed by the carpet and the person that ended up buying it didn't care either so I'm glad that we didn't spend the extra money.
