𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
* Milk (दूध) - 1 Litre
* Water (पानी) - Some
* Mawa (मावा) - 100 gram
* All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 2 Tbsp
* Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Sugar (चीनी) - 2 Cup
* Water (पानी) - 2 Cup
* Cardamom (इलायची) - 4 Nos.
* Oil/Ghee (तेल / घी) - As Required
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩, Put Sugar, Water & Green Cardamom in a pan. When Sugar gets melted, cook it for 4-5 mins & make a sticky Sugar Syrup.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐛 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐧, take a bowl & keep the strainer over it and keep muslin cloth on the strainer. Then put Curdle Milk & drain out the water. Wash it 2-3 times with water, squeeze it off & rest for 1-2 hours. Then take it out on a plate & mash it with your palms. Grate some Mawa/Khoya, some Arrowroot, and Baking Powder & mix all well. Mash smoothly for 4-5 minutes. Then make dough balls and give them a long cone shape as shown in the recipe. Fry them in Ghee/Refined Oil on low to medium flame. Put the Gulab Jamun in the Sugar Syrup for 1 hour. Cut, serve & enjoy! In this way, Halwai Style Gulab Jamun will be ready with Curdle Milk.
