Facebook Page - https://www.facebook.com/maayehkaisekarun Masala Kitchen Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/masalakitchen_recipe/ Recent Upload:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4gN-ruAKDQ आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहा है पकोड़ा/भजिया प्लैटर | बेसन के 1 घोल से बनाये ढेरों क्रिस्पी पकोड़े, पालक पकोड़ा, आलू भजिया, प्याज के पकोड़े, मिर्ची भजिया, कैरी पकोड़ा रेसिपी | मसाला किचन के पकोड़ा/भजिया रेसिपी को जरूर देखिये | कुरकुरे भजिये, कुरकुरा पकोड़ा, हरी मिर्च भजिया, सन्ना पकोड़ा, रमजान रेसिपी, टी-टाइम भजिया, स्टार्टर रेसिपी, आलू पकोड़ा, मिर्ची के भरवां पकोड़े, आलू वड़ा, आलू बोंडा, पालक के भजिए, पकोड़ा रेसिपी | सबसे आसान स्नैक्स, टीटाइम स्नैक्स, राजस्थानी और गुजराती पकोड़ा, भजिया, वड़ा रेसिपी को शेयर करना न भूलें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी INGREDIENTS: For Batter: * Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Big Bowl/250 Gram * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - * Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp/As per taste * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Less than 1/2 Tsp * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp * Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp * Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - 1/2 Tsp * Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - Less than 1/2 Tsp * Water(पानी) - As required * Oil(तेल) - 1 Serving Spoon For Pakoda: * Onion(प्याज) - 1 * Potato(आलू) - 1 * Spinach(पालक) * Raw Mango(कच्चा आम/कैरी) * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) * Oil(तेल) - For Frying For Masala: * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp * Crushed Red Chilli Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/4 Tsp * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - Less than 1/2 Tsp * Salt(नमक) - 3-4 Pinch * Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp For Chilli Masala: * Salt(नमक) - 1/2 Tsp * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp RECIPE: Take some Potato, Onion, Raw Mango, Spinach & Green Chilli & cut them, wash them & cut them separately. For Batter, in a bowl, put Gram Flour, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Chilli Flakes, Carom Seeds & make a perfect batter using Water, cover it and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Then put Hot Oil in it & mix it well. Take some Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chilli, Dried Mango Powder, Salt & Roasted Cumin Powder. Mix all well & sprinkle it on chopped Potato, Onion, Raw Mango, Spinach & mix well. For Chilli Pakoda, take some Salt, Dried Mango Powder, Coriander Powder & mix all well. Then fill the masala in the Chilli coat it with the batter & fry it in the medium heated Oil until it gets golden in colour. For Palak Pakoda, take Batter, add some Water & make it runny. Dip it in the batter and let the extra batter drip off. Deep fry until they get golden brown from all the sides. Likewise, fry all the pakoras. Serve and enjoy the Tasty Pakodas with Sauce, Chutney.
