PIANO STORIES - 2162 チェルノブイリに行きました。静かな場所でした。草木は穏やかに茂り、動物たちが暮らしていました。一つの出来事は、いくつもの面から記憶されます。ある戦争の評価が、勝者と敗者で違うように。 4号機の爆発から30年が過ぎ、老朽化した石棺に変わる新たなシェルターが建設されていました。敷地内は除染が続いていました。事故の当初にはもちろん、被害を食い止めようと職務を果たし、命を落とした人々がたくさんいました。それらのことを見聞きしながら、僕にとってのチェルノブイリは、悲しみを心に持ちつつも、静かな勇気の象徴のように映りました。厄災に立ち向かった、無名の人々がいたのです。今もそこで、毎日線量を図りながら、次のシェルターを建設している人々がいるのです。広島が惨禍だけではなく、平和への祈りの象徴になっているように。ここもまた、そこに立ち向かっている人々がいることが、もっと知られたらいい。 Composed by Masashi Yamanaka ———————————————— New story is written everyday.
