I. VEŽBE ZA KIČMU SET 3. 1. KO SME Vežbe mogu da rade svi, od dece do starijih osoba. 2. KO NE SME Vežbe ne smeju da rade osobe sa ugrađenim veštačkim kukom. 3. KOME SE PREPORUČUJU Pre svega osobama koje imaju probleme sa donjim delom leđa ( lumboishialgija, diskus hernija, spondilolisteza...), osobama koje većinu dana provode sedeći, sportistima i svima kod kojih je smanjena elastičnost mišića nogu, zadnje lože i karlice. 4. DUŽINA TRAJANJA SERIJE Rade se kroz jednu seriju od 8-10 ponavljanja, na početku ili na kraju tretmana. 5. NEDELJNO PONAVLJANJE Najmanje 3x nedeljno kod sportista , rekreativaca, a mogu se izvoditi i svaki dan kod osoba sa gore pomenutim tegobama.
