Recipe :
Paneer Bread Rolls
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 cup crushed grated paneer
1 tablespoon butter
salt as required
chilli flakes as required
10 bread slices
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tbsp minced onions
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped green chillies
¼ cup cminced coloured bell peppers
oregano as required
1 cup vegetable oil
Ketchup & Chutney to Serve
Method:
In a non-stick pan, add butter and then garlic. Saute it for 2-3 mins.
Remove.
Now, add chopped bell peppers, paneer, green chilies, processed cheese, chili flakes, coriander, oregano, and salt. Mix everything well.
Divide the masala into 10 equal parts and keep it aside.
Cut the brown ends of the bread slices and then wet them using water. Gently press them to remove the excess water. Once done, place one filling in the centre of the slice and then cover the filling with the bread slice by covering the filling. Use afork to press the sides and makres indents.
Brush with melted Butter and bake and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes.
Or heat oil in a kadhai and then start adding bread rolls one by one. Add maximum of 3 bread rolls at a time. Make sure your bread rolls are brown and crisp. Transfer the bread rolls to an absorbent paper to remove the excess oil.
Your Cheesy Paneer Bread Rolls are ready. Serve them hot alongside your favorite dip or chutneys.
Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
2 tbsp sugar
100g dark chocolate, chopped
splash of vanilla extract
whipped cream
marshmallows
Method:
Combine milk and sugar in a small saucepan and place on the stovetop over medium heat.
When the milk reaches the scalding point (180 degrees F, with bubbles on the side), turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate, whisking to combine. Top with whipped and enjoy!
