Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN **************************************************************************** Recipe : Neer Dosa Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 33-4 min per dosa Serves: 2-3 Ingredients: 2 cups rice flour 1 cup coconut milk Water as needed Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil Method: Take a bowl add rice flour & water mix well like cream consistency then add coconut milk mix well The batter should be of watery consistency like thick butter milk consistency. Rest it for 15 min. Heat a tawa. Pour the batter over it, twirling the pan around to spread the batter. Once cooked pour oil and optionally flip and cook on the other side. Serve hot with vegetable stew or chutney. Vegetable Stew Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil 2 cloves 1 inch cinnamon 2 pods cardamom 1 onion, sliced 5 beans, chopped 1 carrot, chopped 1 potato, cubed ½ cup peas 10 florets cauliflower 2 green chilies, slit 1 inch ginger, juliennes 1 cup water 1 tsp salt 1 cup thick coconut milk few curry leaves Method: In a pot, heat ½ tbsp coconut oil and add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and allow to splutter. Add sliced onion and sauté till they turn translucent pink. Add in the beans, carrot, potato, peas, cauliflower, green chili, and ginger. Sauté for a minute. Add 1 cup water, 1 tsp salt and few curry leaves. mix well. Cover and boil for 5 minutes or till vegetables are half cooked. Now add 2 cup coconut milk. Cook covered till vegetables are cooked completely. Turn off the flame and add few curry leaves. Serve.
