Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN **************************************************************************** Recipe : Instant Oats Dosa Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 3-4 minutes Serves: 2-3 Ingredients: For Oats Dosa: 1 cup Oats 1 cup Water 3 tbsp Urad Dal 1 ½ tbsp Chana Dal 2-3 Green chillies ¼ cup Onion, chopped 5-6 Curry Leaves 1” Ginger chopped Salt - to taste For Chutney: 1 tbsp oil ½ tsp mustard seeds 10-12 garlic cloves 5-6 dry red chilies ½ cup peanuts 6-7 curry leaves Method: Was the oats and soak I water for 5 minutes. Dry roast the dals till lightly fragrant. Cool the dals and grind to a fine powder. Discard the soaking water and grind the oats with ½ cup water, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger and onion to make a fine batter. Add the powdered dals, salt to taste and mix well. Heat a dosa tawa and spread a ladleful of batter over the tawa. Add 1 tsp oil over the dosa and cook over low heat and allow it to crisp. Serve hot with chutney. To make the chutney, heat the oil, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and allow to splutter. Add the garlic, peanuts and roast till golden and fragrant. Finally add the red chilies, roast till the chilies are fragrant too. Add salt to taste and grind to a chutney with little water. Serve.
