Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN ****************************************************************************Recipe : Nawabi Paneer Korma Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 25 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients: 250g Paneer 1 onion 5-6 clove garlic 1 inch ginger 3 pod cardamom 20 almonds 2 tsp poppy seeds 5 green chilies 1 cup water 2 tbsp oil 1 bay leaf 1 inch cinnamon 3 pod cardamom ½ cup yogurt (whisked) 3 tbsp cream / malai ¾ tsp salt 2 chilli (slit) ½ tsp cardamom mace powder 1 tsp kewra water 1 tbsp Saffron milk Method: Soak the almonds and poppy seeds in hot water for 20 minutes. Peel the almonds. Boil together chopped onion, clove garlic, 1 inch ginger, 1 cup water, cover and boil for 15 minutes. Cool completely, add the green chilies and blend to smooth paste adding water as required. keep aside. Separately grind the almonds and poppy seeds. Heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 bay leaf, ½ inch cinnamon, 3 pod cardamom and saute until spices turn aromatic. now add prepared onion paste and stir well. Cook on medium flame, until the raw flavour disappears and oil separates from sides. Add the almond paste and mix well. Keeping the flame on low add ½ cup curd and stir continuously. Cook until the oil separates from the sides. Add the paneer pieces and ½ cup water, slit green chilies and bring ot a boil. Simmer for 3-4. Add the cardamom mace powder, mix well. Add the lewra water and mix well. Remove from fire.
