If your homemade ice cream gets ice crystals in it, here’s the perfect solution for it! This technique calls for the use of an ice bath to churn your mango ice cream. The continuous churning prevents the formation of ice crystals in the ice cream resulting in a smooth creamy mango ice cream! Not just mango ice cream, You can make any ice cream without freezer using the same technique. Along with the ice cream, there is also an easy way of creating waffle cones at home without machine or the use of a waffle maker. You can make these waffle cones easily on a non stick pan too! Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN **************************************************************************** Recipe : Mango Ice Cream Preparation Time: 50-60 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients : 2 cups mango puree 500ml + ¼ cup milk 4-6 tbsp sugar 4 tbsp custard powder Method: Boil the milk with the sugar. Dissolve the custard powder in ¼ cup milk and add to boiling milk stirring continuously. When the custard is thick, remove from fire and cool completely. Mix in the mango puree. Place in a steel bowl. In a large bowl, mix together ice and salt. Place steel bowl over the large bowl and whisk using a beater for 5 minutes. Cover and rest for 30 minutes. Whisk again for 5- 10 minutes till the ice cream begins to set. Rest covered for 10 minutes in the ice bowl. Scoop and serve. Waffle Cones Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes per waffle cone Makes: 5-6 Ingredients : ¾ cup flour ½ cup powder sugar 2 tbsp oil ¼ cup milk ½ tsp vanilla essence Method: Mix together all the ingredients and whisk well. On a medium hot pan, spread 1 ½ tbsp of the mixture in a thin layer like a dosa. Allow to turn golden on one side. Flip and cook till golden on the other side too. Remove from pan and immediately shape like a cone.
