Recipe :
3 Summer Drinks
Watermelon Orange Mocktail
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
4 cups Watermelon, diced
2 Oranges
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Black salt
Handful Mint leaves
¼ cup Soda water
Method:
Crush the watermelon cubes to get watermelon juice.
Mix together Watermelon juice and orange juice, black salt, lemon juice, mint leaves.
Serve it chilled with some soda water on top.
Guava Slush
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Guavas
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Honey
Hand full of Mint Leaves
2-3 drops Hot Sauce
½ tsp Black Salt
200 ml Soda Water
2 cup Crushed Ice
Method:
Wash guava and deseed it.
In a mixer puree the guava with the lemon juice, mint leaves, honey, hot sauce, black salt and chilled water till you get a smooth texture. Serve.
Virgin Mint Mojito
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves:2-3
Ingredients:
2 Peppermints
1 tbsp Lime Juice
7-8 Mint Leaves
¼ cup Simple Sugar Syrup
1 cup Ice
Lime Wedges
1 cup Soda Water
Method:
Crush the peppermint tablets to make a powder.
Add it into a glass.
Add lime juice and mix until the peppermint dissolves.
Now add mint leaves, lime wedges, sugar syrup and salt in the glass.
Muddle using a muddler or a spoon.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Top with club soda and serve immediately.
