Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN **************************************************************************** Recipe : Bread Upma Ingredients: 12 bread slices ½ cup chopped onion 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp chana dal 1 tsp urad dal 8-10 curry leaves 1 cup chopped onion 1 tsp chopped ginger 1 tsp chopped green chilies 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 cup chopped tomatoes Salt to taste 1 tbsp ketchup Method: Cut bread into small squares. Heat oi in the pan. add the dals and allow to turn golden. Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions and saute till golden. Add tomatoes, ketchup, spices, salt and mix well. Add bread pieces, sprinkling of water and toss well till bread is well coated with masala. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. Bread Cheese Burst Pizza Ingredients: 8 slices sandwich bread 8 cheese slices 1 capsicum chopped 2 tomatoes chopped 2 onions chopped 2 green chilies chopped ½ cup Pasta sauce Oregano Red chili flakes 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Salt Method: Place cheese slice over 4 bread slices. Cover with remaining slices. Mix together all the remaining ingredients. Spread over the bread. Bake at 190*C for 12 minutes or cook in a covered pan for 3-4 minutes at medium heat. Bread Cutlet Ingredients: 10 slices sandwich bread 1 large potato boiled 1 large carrot, grated 1 cup yoghurt 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 tsp chopped green chilies 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped ¼ cup Peas ¼ cup Corn Red chili powder Pepper powder Salt Oil to fry 1 cup breadcrumbs Method: Mix together all the ingredients except breadcrumbs. Shape into cutlets. Roll in the breadcrumbs. Shallow fry, deep fry, grill as per choice till golden and crisp. Serve hot.
