Dal Maharani |Dal Recipe I घर पर बनाएं रेस्टोरेंट जैसी दाल महारानी | Pankaj Bhadouria Get ready to welcome the Dal Maharani! Dal Maharani is a dal made of 3 different dals, black urad dal, rajma and chana dal. All these dals are taken in equal quantities to make Dal Maharani. The dal maharani gets a robust tadka of onions, tomatoes & spices. Although the same dals are used to make the dal maharani and dal makhani, the difference lies in the ratio in which these dals are used resulting in a difference in a flavor as well. Next, dal makhana is quite creamy and smooth while dal maharani is quite chunky, robust, and earthy in flavor. The dal maharani can be enjoyed with naan, roti, paratha or rice, any way you like it!
