This is the 1st episode of 3 Course Meal and the menu for our 3 Course meal is Bhel puri Cups for Starters, Easy Paneer Makhani, Matar Wadi Pulao and Cucumber Raita for Main course and Kesar Phirni for dessert. Thank you for watching! 💫 And don’t forget to subscribe here: https://goo.gl/mQwVjN **************************************************************************** Recipes : Easy Paneer Makhani Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 300g Paneer 5 tomatoes 12 cashew nuts 2” ginger 4-5 galic cloves 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder 4 tbsp butter ½ tsp caraway seeds 1 tsp sugar Salt to taste 1 tbsp kasuri methi 1 tsp garam masala ¼ cup cream Method: Grind together the tomatoes, cashews, ginger, garlic, Kashmiri red chili powder, to a smooth paste. Heat the butter and add the caraway seeds. Add the paste and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes and add in paneer cubes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Finish with the spices, sugar, cream and the kasuri methi. Serve. Wadi Matar Pulao Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 2 cups rice 2-3 wadi ½ cup frozen peas 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 bay leaves 2 black cardamoms 1 tsp black pepper corns Salt to taste 2 tbsp ghee Water as required Method: Wash the rice. Heat oil in a pan. add the crushed wadi, fry till golden and remove. Add the cumin seeds and whole spices to the oil and allow to splutter. Add the rice and sauté the rice for 2 minutes. Add 4 cups water, salt to taste, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer till the rice is cooked. Add green peas. Mix well. Cucumber Raita Preparation Time: 5 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: 1 cucumber 250g yoghurt Salt to taste Method: Grate the cucumber. Whisk the yoghurt and add the cucumber. Add salt to taste, chill & serve. Kesar Elaichi Phirni Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 3-4 Ingredients: ¼ cup rice 1 l milk ¼ cup sugar Pinch of saffron 1 tsp cardamom powder Method: Wash the rice and grind the rice with ½ cup milk to make a smooth paste. Bring the milk to a boil. Add the rice and cook till the rice is well cooked. Add the saffron, followed by the sugar and cook till the sugar is well cooked too. Add the cardamom powder, remove from heat, serve.
