Matix Clothing's video: Matix presents One Week In LA with John Garfield

John Garfield poured all he had into the edit that got him nominated for the “2Up/YouUp” contest that Matix/Berrics hosted on Instgram – tagged – He then was voted the winner out of the Top 5 entries picked by The Berrics staff on the Matix Facebook page. Winning a trip to California to skate The Berrics with Daewon Song, the 2Up Berrics contest winner. Once we where able to coordinate dates with both John and Daewon Song it was on. John didn’t want to just come out to So Cal from Kansas City, Mo to skate The Berrics and go home, he took this opportunity to stay for a week and sample some of the fine skate parks/plazas and street spots he had heard and seen so much of back at home. John linked up with his good friend from KC, Wes Reeves ,went out and hustled on this fun two wheeled edit in a weeks time. Filmed and Edited by Wes Reeves
