MattChats's video: Master Roshi does Arcade Mode in Budokai Tenkaichi 3

Uh oh, it's the day AFTER Roshi dropped. Sue me. Note that these Tired Matt Plays Video Games episodes are being uploaded out of order, so in a later one I may refer to it as 'the first TMPVG since Dragon Ball Month', but really it's the first one I recorded. I wanted to get this one up around the time Roshi dropped in FighterZ. Since Master Roshi isn't in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 so we can't do Parallel Quests with him, today we're focusing on a game he IS in, Budokai Tenkaichi 3, and exploring its Arcade Mode equivalent, Sim Battle.
