100 LBS DOWN🤯 You guys read that title right…. 100👏🏽Lbs👏🏽Down! Talk about an insane weight loss transformation! I seriously couldn’t be more excited for Jamie right now and all that she was able to achieve! Not only weight wise, but the physical transformation itself is incredible, plus on top of that it’s been amazing to see not only her self confidence increase, but also her knowledge when it comes to the gym, exercises, and all things fitness! Jamie’s big goal back when we started was to lose 60 lbs and also make varsity for her college swim team. Immediately we got to work, and the rest is history and now Jamie is fully booked with swimming as they are back in the pool 6 days a week! The biggest takeaway with this transformation is what hard work, consistency, patience, and discipline can do! I always preach that those factors are KEY when it comes to making progress on your fitness journey, and its amazing to have Jamie’s transformation to truly speak for those first hand🙌🏽!
