Looking to crank things up when it comes to your leg workouts?! Be sure to try out the Hammer Strength V Squat. Instructions: 1. For your starting position, you’ll place your shoulders directly below the top shoulder pads, while you’ll position your feet shoulder width apart on the provided platform. 2. To begin the exercise you’ll stand up and you’ll need to pull out the safety bar to your right, which will release the weight. 3. Now you can squat down by bending at the knees until your butt is about even with your calves. Pause for a second at the bottom of the movement here before you drive your feet into the platform to return to the starting position.
