Here are the 2 things you NEED to be doing in the gym to maximize your results! This is workout advice I wish I received sooner. 1. You need to control the weight. This is going to be HUGE if you are looking to stimulate the muscle properly and get the most out of each and every exercise. I often see people make a huge gym mistake by performing exercises to quickly or with terrible range of motion, so we want to change that! 2. You need to focus on progress overload. Their are different types that I mention, but my big focus is increasing the weight within my workouts. Also, I threw in 2 BONUS TIPS that will be game changers as well.
