MattLeeFit's video: Incline Bench Lat Pulldown Rope Attachment Exercise Breakdown

@Incline Bench Lat Pulldown (Rope Attachment) Exercise Breakdown
Looking to try out some new exercises when it comes to your Back Workout?! Make sure to give the Incline Bench Lat Pulldown a try! Instructions: 1. Set up an incline bench right in front of a cable station. Raise the incline of the bench up to a 45 degree angle and attach a rope to the cable station at its highest point. 2. Sit forward on the bench so your stomach is fully supported by the back pad. Reach up and grab the rope with an parallel grip (knuckles facing out) . Retract your scapula (squeeze shoulder blades) so your chest is popping out a little bit. This will be your starting position. 3. Pull the rope down along your side to your mid/ upper chest and pause for a second as you contract your lats. 4. Allow the cable to then return to the starting position as you get a full stretch of the lats. 5. Complete exercise for the desired amount of reps.
