Matty Fusaro's video: 24 Year-old vs 35 Year-old

Join my FREE Facebook Community https://www.facebook.com/groups/fatlosscheatcodes ------------------------------- 24 vs. 35 This is honest hard work. I’m not a “hard-gainer” and I was actually fat most of my life growing up. This is me showing what happens when you’re patient, consistent, and don’t give up. Oh, and 100% lifetime natural / drug-free (I don’t say this because I think my physique looks enhanced by any means, I say it because the majority of the people you follow that you look up to ARE NOT NATURAL). The truth is, I don’t care who’s natty and who’s not (although lying about it, giving others false hope and promoting something you’re not is just dishonest) I just don’t want you to get wrapped up comparing yourself to other influencers you follow. I encourage you to focus on what YOU can to do improve. No one is going to do the work for you, just like no one did it for me. Here’s the funny thing: most of you guys in your 20s think you’ve hit your genetic potential and maxed out all of your gains, and this is when people start considering hopping on some stuff. Again, I don’t judge anyone for what they choose to do with their body, but I do encourage people to be smart and don’t make a decision that can affect your entire life just because you want to look good for social media. I started training when I was around 16-17 but back then, I didn’t know what I was doing. This was before social media. We relied on magazines and what the biggest guys in the gym told us. But each year I improved and continued to learn more. The process of building muscle is very slow which is why people are quick to give up or use “assistance” but if you to stick with it, you’ll be amazed at how much you can improve. Yes, you can continue to make improvements in your 40s and 50s naturally. Do we all have a genetic limit? Sure, but you have NO idea what it is, so why even focus on it? Stop looking up muscular potential calculators and convincing yourself you’re done making progress after 2, 3, or 5 years of lifting. Stick with it for 10 years. Then 20. And keep going. You’ll continue to surprise yourself 👊🏻 ------------------------------- ▹ 1 on-1 Online Coaching: http://fusarofitness.com/coaching/ ▹ Subscribe to My Channel Here: http://bit.ly/subscribemf ------------------------------- ▹ Join my VIP List! http://fusarofitness.com/viplist/ ------------------------------- Follow Matty Fusaro • Instagram: http://instagram.com/mattyfusaro • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/matty.fusaro/ • Twitter: https://twitter.com/MattyFusaro • Website: http://www.fusarofitness.com ------------------------------- Help SUPPORT the channel Heads up: Some links posted in this description box may be affiliate links.
