Design & Build of Ayrshire College Kilmarnock Campus, involving the redevelopment of part of the former Diageo / Johnnie Walker Bottling Plant on Hill Street. The 183,000sqft building is 4-storeys high providing all the facilitates expected in a modern, state of the art educational building with administrative and staff areas, teaching classrooms, HE and IT departments, technical workshops, music and drama, sports hall and MPH, changing rooms/showers and a full sized 3G soccer pitch. Curtain walling, windows and doors were also supplied by our Frameworks division.
