KILLER BOOTY CIRCUIT RIGHT HERE! In this video I collaborated with Anjuli Mack and Ben the Sports Director of Australian Strength Performance. He took us through a simple but intense booty/leg workout. It consisted with 5 different exercises with 12 reps each for a 3 round circuit. I honestly have never been pushed this hard, but I loved it and was sore for the next 2 days.
