Drew y Max son dos empresarios que dirigen un canal por internet en el que se transmiten exorcismos en vivo. Aunque en realidad no son más que bromas elaboradas. Sin embargo, un día el karma les pasa factura cuando la prometida de Drew, una exitosa actriz, es poseída por un verdadero demonio. Este ser malvado pondrá a prueba a Max y a Lane por venganza, hasta que salgan a la luz todos los oscuros secretos que han estado ocultándose el uno al otro. Solo es cuestión de tiempo que la verdad sea revelada y que el demonio les obligue a encontrarse con su creador.
