After Harper passed away in January '16 from complications related to her CDKL5 disorder , her parents Justin and Penny made the decision to donate her to scientific research. In this video, the Howard's visit UC San Diego's Muotri Lab and meet Dr. Allyson Muotri, one of the world's foremost researchers on neurological disorders. Dr. Muotri discusses the potential impact that years of daily cannabis oil use had on Harper's brain.
