Does everyone experience mental health issues in the same way? If mental health conditions run in your family, are you destined from birth to develop them? These are just some of the myths busted by The National Gallery mental health awareness audio tour, developed in collaboration with young people that have lived experiences of mental health problems. Dr Helen Fisher, research lead on the project from King's College London, talks about how art can help break down common myths around mental health.
