Megan King's video: Surprise Baby 3 is on the way and expected in July 2024

I can’t believe this is my 9th pregnancy. 👀My very first pregnancy was at the end of 2018 and I’ll never forget how exciting it was to announce the pregnancy to our families on Christmas morning. It was picture perfect… Only to receive heartbreaking news just a few weeks later that our baby no longer had a heartbeat. ❤️‍🩹 The next Christmas was tough and a huge reminder of what could’ve been. Since then I’ve gotten pregnant 8 more times and 2 of those resulted in Kelly and Preston. 👧🏼👶🏼 After 6 unexplained miscarriages (3 before Kelly and 3 before Preston), we had no idea what the journey to having a 3rd baby would look like whenever we were ready to start that process. I never expected to receive a diagnosis for Celiac disease in the fall and to finally have a possible explanation for our recurrent losses. And after just one month of being gluten free, I was shocked to get a positive pregnancy test! 😮 We’ve had 2 good ultrasounds and everything is looking good so far! ❤️ For those of you who are on the journey to growing your family, I know how hard this time of year can be and how triggering announcements can be. I love you and I get it. Pregnancy after loss is always filled with mixed emotions but I’ve been so at peace during this pregnancy… it’s been healing. We’re so excited to be growing our family and can’t wait to welcome in even more chaos! 😉🤣
